This was the 1st time I had written to Princess Stéphanie for her birthday. Usually, I just write for the Grand Duke, Grand Duchess & Grand Duke Jean's birthdays, but I wanted to send my condolences to Stephanie on the passing of her father, Count Philippe de Lannoy.
The envelope is the usual from Luxembourg Roayls, except it is missing the usual "Service du Grand-Duc" on the bottom left corner. The postmark says "Weltdag von der Trisomie 21/ International Down Syndrome Day."
The back of the envelope features the usual blue crown.
Inside is a card.
The card reads:
Her Royal Highness, The Hereditary Grand Duchess, greatly appreciates your kind wishes on her birthday and sincerely thanks you.
