A lovely reply arrived recently from Belgium. I had written to King Philippe to express my congratulations on the 10th Anniversary of his accession.
Inside is a flat card similar to the ones I've received from the couple in the past. The date on the card is Belgium's National Day, which is also the anniversary of King's Accession. The mark on the card is from the lining of the envelope as it got stuck to the card.
The card is in French. The stationary has a purple Crown with "Palais Royal" written on the top. It came in a matching envelope, which you can see here, classified as #1d.
The card is in French and Translates to:
The King and Queen were very touched by the message that you were kind enough to send to them on the occasion of the National Day as well as for the ten years of Reign.
Their Majesties thank you very much for this kind attention.
Brussels, July 21st, 2023
Included with the card is a photo of the couple. The photo was taken by Michel Gronemberger and was part of a set of photos released to mark the 10th Anniversary of Accession.

I received this reply years ago from Denmark after I wrote to the Crown Prince couple for their wedding anniversary. In my letter I also mentioned Princess Isabella undertaking her first official engagement where she christened the Prinsesse Isabella Saelvig ferry.
I either never wrote a blog post or it never got transferred when I moved my replies from GertsRoyals.Blogspot.com to this site.
This card is written on the Crown Prince Couple's old stationary that they used at the time.

Prince Joachim's 50th Birthday |
I have grouped these royals together as I have so few replies from them and they rarely send out replies.
Prince Joachim & Princess Marie
Princess Benedikte
I received this reply earlier this year from Denmark. I had written to Queen Margrethe to wish her a happy birthday.
This reply is similar to the replies I've received from Queen Margrethe in the past, except for the fact this is a flat card instead of a letter. This follows the trend of using cards instead of letters for form replies that I started to see with my Christmas 2021 reply.
The card is signed by an Aide-de-camp.

I will be re-arranging things on this site...... very very slowly. I have broken up the Denmark Replies into couples/families to reflect how they are arranged in my binder. Queen Margrethte & Prince Henrik's replies can be found here.

There are the replies I have received from Queen Margrethe & Prince Henrik of Denmark (d. 2018).

I received this reply from Spain earlier this year. I had written to Queen Sofia in January to express my condolences on the death of her brother, King Constantine of Greece.
The envelope is the usual from the Spain Royals.
This stationary is different than what I have received from Queen Sofia in the past. The letter features her husband King Juan Carl's Coat of Arms on top. Most of the other replies I have received from Sofia & Juan Carlos were written by the Chief of Protocol and on Stationary featuring King Felipe's Coat of Arms.
This reply is personally written from Queen Sofia (although a form letter others received.) That would probably explain the change in stationary, however it is interesting that it is not Queen Sofia's coat of arms. Another point of interest is that Queen Sofia's name is spelt "Sophia." Sophia is the original spelling of her name. She changed it to Sofia, the Spanish spelling, when she married Juan Carlos. I can recall seeing the SPain Palace use Sophia before when releasing stuff in English.
And while this is a condolence reply from King Constantine of Greece, his name is not explicitly mentioned in the reply.

From Her Majesty Queen Sophia
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the thoughtful message of
sympathy, support and condolences you had the kindness to send me.
With my highest consideration and affection,
Sophia
I had written to King Felipe for his birthday and had shortly after King Constantine's death and had expressed my condolences to him in that letter. His reply did explicitly mention King Constantine by name.
